Stated reward is for new genuine car insurance policies fully completed online. Rewards may be cancelled if you don't pay your Insurance Premium in full or, if paying by Direct Debit your payments are not kept up to date.

A completed quote is not an Eligible Purchase and therefore is not eligible for rewards, you will only be eligible for rewards on a completed purchase of a policy.
You will only be eligible for rewards if Compare the Market (the “Merchant”) is able to link your purchase to this site and you have generated a brand new quote and make your purchase immediately (in the same session and without exiting your browser).

What will stop me earning Rewards?
Rewards are eligible for customers who are located in the UK only.
Editing or using a previously saved quote from your account on the Merchant’s website will not be tracked and you will not be eligible for Rewards.
If you apply an additional discount that reduces your overall purchase price, this may cause your Rewards to be declined or reduced. E.g., Voucher codes, student discount, staff discount.
If your purchase is not fully completed online.
If you participate in any other offer/ promotion that is not covered in the retailer rewards rates.
If you, or the insurer, cancel the policy before rewards is deposited in your account.
If you don't pay your Insurance Premium in full or, if paying by Direct Debit your monthly payments are not kept up to date.
If you have any cookie blockers active in your browser that prevent the transaction to be tracked correctly.

Rewards will be confirmed after your policy has been active for at least 90 days. Payment could take up to 130-180 days after validation.
This offer is only available to United Kingdom residents who have purchased a valid insurance policy through this site.
This programme is being monitored. Members transacting fraudulently with the Merchant will have their membership terminated immediately and may have their details passed to the authorities for further investigation.
Rewards are not issued by the Merchant. If you have any queries regarding your rewards, please contact the Customer Support directly via this site and not the Merchant.
Rewards are subject to change and may increase or decrease at any time without prior notice.
The Merchant reserves all rights to take action (including legal action) as is considered necessary in its sole discretion in order to prevent or redress any fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful use of their website.
This Merchant calculates Rewards excluding VAT, delivery and any other relevant charges.
The Merchant’s decision will be final.

What to do when?
If your reward is not tracked, the Merchant allows up to 45 days after the purchase date to submit a claim.
If your reward is rejected, the Merchant allows up to 6 months after the purchase date to submit a claim.
