A completed quote is not an Eligible Purchase and therefore is not eligible for rewards, you will only be eligible for rewards on a completed purchase of a policy.

You will only be eligible for rewards if Compare the Market (the “Merchant”) is able to link your purchase to this site. This means you must:
1. Log into your account on this site;
2. Click from this site directly to the Merchant’s website ensuring you have selected the correct product category; and
3. Generate a brand new quote and make your purchase immediately (in the same session and without exiting your browser).

What will stop me earning rewards?
Rewards are eligible for customers who are located in the UK only.
Editing or using a previously saved quote from your account on the Merchant’s website will not be tracked and you will not be eligible for rewards.
If you apply an additional discount that reduces your overall purchase price, this may cause your rewards to be declined or reduced. E.g., Voucher codes, student discount, staff discount.
If your purchase is not fully completed online.
If you participate in any other offer/ promotion that is not covered in the retailer rewards rates.
If you, or the insurer, cancel the policy before the rewards are deposited in your account on this site.
If you don't pay your Insurance Premium in full or, if paying by Direct Debit your monthly payments are not kept up to date.
If you have any cookie blockers active in your browser that prevent the transaction to be tracked correctly.

Good to know
Rewards will be confirmed after your policy has been active for at least 90 days. Payment could take up to 130-180 days after validation.
This offer is only available to United Kingdom residents who have purchased a valid insurance policy through the Merchant’s website via this site.
This programme is being monitored. Members transacting fraudulently with the Merchant will have their membership terminated immediately and may have their details passed to the authorities for further investigation.
Rewards are not issued by the Merchant. If you have any queries regarding the rewards or payments, please contact the Customer Support directly via this site and not the Merchant.
Rewards are subject to change and may increase or decrease at any time without prior notice.
The Merchant reserves all rights to take action (including legal action) as is considered necessary in its sole discretion in order to prevent or redress any fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful use of their website.
This Merchant calculates rewards excluding VAT, delivery and any other relevant charges.

What to do when?
If your rewards are not tracked, the Merchant allows up to 45 days after the purchase date to submit a claim.
If your rewards are rejected, the Merchant allows up to 6 months after the purchase date to submit a claim.
