No rewards are given on Home Emergency Cover.

1. You will only be eligible for rewards and rewards will only be rewarded if Go.Compare are able to link your purchase to the this website or app. This means you must:

a. Log into your this sites account;
b. Click the "Shop Now" button and go directly to the Go.Compare [home/car/van/motorbike/travel] insurance webpage; and
c. Generate a brand-new quote and purchase an Insurance Policy immediately (meaning in the same session and without exiting your browser).
(together, an “Eligible Purchase”).

2. Quotes are not an Eligible Purchase and are therefore not eligible for rewards, you must purchase an Insurance Policy in accordance with paragraph 1 above.

3. Editing or using a previously saved quote from your Go.Compare account will not track and you will not be eligible for rewards.

4. If you, or your insurer, cancel your policy before the rewards is deposited in Your Account you will not be eligible for rewards.

5. When purchasing your Insurance Policy, please ensure you are not using ad blockers or cookie blockers, as this will prevent your Insurance Policy purchase from being tracked and may mean you are not eligible for rewards.

6. You will not be eligible for rewards if you use a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by this site.

7. Any purchases made on Go.Compare’s website www.go.compare.com (the “Go.Compare Website”) via the this site link will be subject to both Go.Compare’s terms and conditions and this sites terms and conditions.

8. Personal data supplied during the course of purchasing an Insurance Policy via the Go.Compare Website via this site link will only be processed as set out in both Go.Compare's privacy policy and this sites privacy policy.

9. Should you have any queries relating to this reward programme, please check the this sites FAQ or contact our Customer Support. Please note Go.Compare or the insurer will be unable to assist with any query relating to rewards.

10. This programme is being monitored. Members transacting fraudulently with Go.Compare will have their membership terminated immediately and may have their details passed to the authorities for further investigation.

11. If you are eligible for rewards, rewards will be paid into Your Account within 150-180 days from the date of the Eligible Purchase, and once Go.Compare is able to verify the Eligible Purchase (“Validation”). Quotes that do not directly result in and convert into an Eligible Purchase will be declined after 180 days of being generated.

12. Eligible Purchases should appear as pending in Your Account within 24 hours of purchase. They will remain at this status until Go.Compare confirms the Eligible Purchase. Go.Compare will then arrange for the rewards to be confirmed.

13. Rewards may initially track at a lower rate or at £0.00. This will update to the correct rate upon Validation.

14. Rewards rates are subject to change. Please note these rates can change both up and down.

15. Rewards are calculated excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges that may apply.

16. Recurrences on the amount of purchases that can be made while earning rewards may be limited.

17. The vast majority of Eligible Purchases from customers are tracked successfully but occasionally an Eligible Purchase may not get reported. 18. Insurance Policy purchases from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computers will not be eligible for rewards.

19. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go.Compare, its agents and/or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the customer or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the rewards except where caused by the negligence of Go.Compare, its agents, distributors and/or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

20. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
