Between the 30 December 2024 to 5 January 2025 the stated reward is for orders of Clothing and Accessories over £1,000. You will earn a lower reward for orders of Clothing and Accessories under £999.99, orders of Jewellery & Watches, Beauty Advent Calendar, Harrods Hamper, Clothing and Beauty. No rewards are given on Furniture and Gift Card sales.
No rewards are given on any items within your order when it includes the purchase of 10 or more of the same items or if orders are deemed to be not genuine personal customers' orders.
Queries can only be investigated within 90 days from the date the purchase was made
