Purchases made via the Sainsbury app will not generate a reward. Please ensure you complete the order via a desktop site or mobile browser
Rewards are based on your initial basket value. Stated reward is for new customers ordering Click and Collect with an order value of £40 and over. New customers ordering Home Delivery with an order value of £40 or over will earn a lower reward and existing customers ordering Click and Collect or Home Delivery with an order value of £40 and over will earn a lower reward. No rewards given on home delivery or click & collect for any customers (new or existing) spending £39.99 or less. If the first order check out is lower than £40 no rewards will be given if later amended to be over.
No rewards given on the purchase of foreign currencies, on amended or cancelled orders or on any other product.
If raising a query please ensure that the order value included on the query is for the initial basket value when completing an order for Click and Collect or Home Delivery.
