The stated reward is for Classic and Silver members only booking upscale hotels (Adagio Premium, Grand Mercure, Mgallery By Sofitel, Mövenpick, Pullman, Rixos Hotels, SO, So Sofitel, Sofitel, Sofitel Legend, The Sebel).

A lower reward will be available for Classic and Silver members booking midscale hotels (Adagio, Handwritten, Mama Shelter, Mercure, Mantis, Novotel, Tribe), Gold, Diamond and Platinum members booking Upscale & Midscale Hotels and All members Booking Luxury (Fairmont, Raffles, SBE (21C Museum Hotels, Hyde, Mondrian, SLS) , Swissôtel), Budget (Hotel F1, Ibis Budget, Jo&Joe) & Economy Hotels (Adagio Access, Greet, Ibis, Ibis Styles).

All other bookings will not receive any rewards. You will not earn any rewards on additional nights booked or for any expenses at the hotel or if the stay has not been completed regardless of the types of booking including no-cancellation bookings.

If any modifications or changes are made to your booking (i.e. changing of the hotel, room upgrade or amending the date of the stay) it will cause the rewards to be invalid.

Untracked queries can only be investigated 15 days after your booking (stay) has been completed, all claims raised before 15 days will not be investigated and will be declined.

Rewards will not be approved until 90-120 days after you have completed your stay.
