Stated reward is for completed (consumed) bookings in Hilton hotels . Diamond Honour members will earn a lower reward.
Rewards will not be approved until 90-120 days after you have completed your stay. If any changes are made to your booking (i.e. room upgrade or amending the date of the stay) it may cause the rewards to be invalid.
Queries can only be investigated after your booking (stay) is complete.
Rewards are calculated on the net room rate and not given on the following types of bookings: (i) negotiated corporate rates, (ii) negotiated group rates, including blocks of rooms, meeting group rates, convention group rates, leisure group rates; (iii) government rates, (iv) Hilton Honors (Hilton Loyalty Program) redemption bookings; (v) employee or industry rate (Travel agent rates, airline rates etc…) if and (vi) promotional rates in conjunction with Hilton partners or certain corporate marketing offers.
