Collect Points on your instore purchases in four simple steps:
Log in to shop.virgin-atlantic.com using your Virgin Atlantic membership account details and add your eligible payment card details before shopping with our instore partner brands. Not an Virgin Atlantic member? Join now.
Once you’ve registered, please allow 24 hours before making your first purchase.
Visit the Instore section on shop.virgin-atlantic.com to see which Instore offers are available. The participating retailers and current offers will change from time-to-time and can vary by individual. We suggest you regularly login to Shops Away to see which offers are currently available to you.
Once you have registered your payment cards, you can shop with our partner brands and pay with any of your registered payment cards for your purchases. Your purchases will be automatically tracked to calculate how many Virgin points you’ll collect.
Upon successful completion of your purchase with the partner brand, your Virgin points will appear in the My Purchases section on shop.virgin-atlantic.com as ‘Pending’ within 7 working days. If you don’t see the ‘Pending’ transaction, please contact us. points will be credited to your Virgin Atlantic membership account within 45 days and the status will change to ‘Approved’.
